Description:

Developed for heavy loads, the SUPERBUILD series is able to satisfy all pallet racking and DRIVE-IN requirements. The system is compatible with the UNIBUILD series and comes in 3 variants with load bearing capacities ranging from 7.5 to 15 tons. The geometry of the upright section provides technical characteristics which are far superior to the traditional "C" section.

All components are produced from 3.1B (EN 10204) certified high tensile structural steels. All frame components are galvanised with the SENDZIMIR procedure, able to guarantee a high level of corrosion resistance in time.

The beams are produced in standardised section for both pallet racking and shelving requirements, adopting a profile containing up to a 4 fold variation in material thickness and have connectors with 5 anchor points welded to either side. The concave present on the top face of the profile provides a solid connection point for shelf elements, secondary beams, drum cradles and other accessories.

The upright pitch of 50mm gives maximum beam location possibilities enabling the available storage capacity height to be optimised. The beams of the SUPERBUILD series are interchangeable with the UNIBUILD system. The 5 anchor point connectors enable the beams of the Superbuild series to be swiftly and easily assembled. A standard yellow powder coating (RAL 1004) is applied to all beams.

DRIVE-IN systems, through the elimination of feed corridors, can more than double the warehouse storage capacity. DRIVE-IN's come in two standard configurations, single and double entry.
